Restore deleted Windows accounts

This section describes how to restore a deleted Windows account.

Operation Procedure

Select Authentication Services > Account from the menu.

  1. Select the account type you wish to restore.
  • For local accounts
    Select “Local” for the account type.

  • For domain accounts
    Select “Domain” for the account type.

  1. Click on the Deleted Accounts List icon in the upper right corner of the list. Account

  2. Find the target account in the list of deleted accounts.

  3. Click the Restore icon in the target account row. Account

  4. Click “OK” on the confirmation message.

  5. Click “OK” when a message appears indicating that the restore is complete.
    Confirm that the target account has been restored from the list.
