Web Management Site

This is a web site where you can view the usage status of all customers and change settings. Only administrators can log in.

Customer

Indicates the unit of organization in YubiOn FIDO Logon.

It is not possible to use the service across multiple customers.

Representative

Indicates the representative of the organization in YubiOn FIDO Logon.
The first person who registers to YubiOn FIDO Logon will be the representative of the organization, and only one person in the organization can be designated.

Representatives have the following special roles

  • You can edit the customer information, change the representative, and cancel the membership of YubiOn FIDO Logon.
  • Serves as a point of contact for sending individual correspondence from us.

Deletion by the representative himself/herself is not allowed.
If the representative can no longer manage the system with YubiOn FIDO Logon, please change the representative.

Administrators

Indicates a user who can log in to the YubiOn FIDO Logon web management site. (This includes the person in charge.)
Administrators can change various settings on the web administration site.

End user

Indicates a general user in the organization who does not perform administrative operations of YubiOn FIDO Logon.

Authenticator

Indicates a device key compatible with the FIDO2 protocol that is required to use YubiOn FIDO Logon.

Client Software

This is a generic term for software to be installed on a PC to use YubiOn FIDO logon. Client software includes the following

  • Settings Tool
    This tool is used to register FIDO and configure proxy settings for use with YubiOn FIDO Logon.

  • Windows logon
    This software is used to change the Windows logon screen to logon using FIDO Logon.

Emergency logon

This function allows users to temporarily log on with only a password, even if the logon to the PC requires an authenticator.

PC Lockout

This is a function that makes it impossible to log on to a PC by restricting the input of passwords and authenticators on the PC logon screen.

Stripe

Stripe is an online payment processing service that has been adopted by millions of companies worldwide. Stripe is a certified PCI Level 1 service provider and meets high security requirements. YubiOn FIDO Logon uses the built-in payment system recommended by Stripe, and all of the customer's card information, etc., is maintained by Stripe.

Payment account

This account is used to link with Stripe.

Payer

A member with payment authority within YubiOn FIDO Logon. You will have access to the YubiOn FIDO Logon automated payment management screen and will be able to perform the following tasks

  • Cancellation of license
  • Change payment timing or number of licenses
  • View and change payment information (card information and billing address)
  • Check invoices and receipts
  • Change payer

Only one person can be assigned within a customer, but that member must have the role of administrator. The representative is authorized at the time of YubiOn FIDO Logon registration.

Direct dealings

YubiOn FIDO Logon is a form of usage in which a contract is signed directly with our company, without using automated payment (via Stripe).
