Lost device support
[User Operation] Notify of lost device
Notify the administrator of the loss of the device.
[Administrator Operation] PC Control
Prohibit the logon of the target user's PC from the Web Management Console. We will leave it to you to arrange for a replacement PC.
Check the log of the target PC.
Location information can also be checked if the device is enabled to acquire location information.
*However, it is not always possible to obtain accurate location information if the device does not have built-in GPS.
[Administrator Operation] If a PC is found
If the PC is found, the administrator will cancel the lockout that was placed on the PC.
